Compliance Executive

Responsibilities:
- Maintains legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements, and obtaining approvals.
- Researches regulations,
- keeps other departments abreast of requirements, and obtains approvals.
- Prepares reports,
- maintains rapport with regulatory personnel, and
- maintains quality service
- Reviewing marketing materials including brochures, pamphlet, and any other external material used for the purpose of marketing, making sure that those materials follows rules and regulations by both CIGNA international and Indonesian Government
- Performing and conduct any compliance act based on the regulations set by both CIGNA International and Indonesian Government, such as Anti Money Laundering, Clean Desk Policy, Gifts Policy, etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
