HRD Staff

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment and selection process
• Responsible in work performance management and other HR Activity

Requirements:

• Male/Female, age max 27 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology with min GPA 3.00
• Familiar with psychological test tool (WPT, Papicostic, Kraeplin)
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Having min 1 year experience in HRD Recruitment and Labor Law
• Honest, discipline and communicative
• Placement :  Head Office
