Administration (contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Register and follow up Purchase Request and Purchase Order,
  • Create Request Form Quotation and follow it up
  • Clarify the specification to end user, maintaining the contract (info last status),
  • Filling  the document (include fax. anf copy)
  • Create and maintain the Purchase Order repetitive,
  • Distribute the documents (invoice, incoming/outgoing letter)
  • Maintaining and filling the supplier introduction.

Requirements:

  • Female, must possess at least a Diploma (min.D1): Business Studies/Administration/Management/English Letter
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Ms.Excel, communication skill
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; having experience in purchasing field is a value added.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in EJIP Plot 4B1-B2,Cikarang Selatan,Bekasi.
  • 3 months contract position available.
