Quantity Surveyor Admin

Responsibilities:

The Quantity Surveyor’s responsibilities to establish the cost of installation, materials and workmanship and to control the project budget it includes establishing tender process, monthly payment, variation order and final account

Requirements:

• Female, Max. 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, in Civil majoring or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Quantity Surveying for high rise building
• Full-Time positions available
• Able to provide estimation and budgeting
• Willing to be placed in “Green Bay Pluit” North Jakarta
• Knowledge of building and construction materials is a must
• Computer literate for Ms Office, Ms Project and Auto Cad Programs
