Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
  • to handle all GA administration task and business trip arrangement to ensure the smoothness of daily operation and services excellence for all Acer Staff.
Job Responsiblity :
  • Verify all incoming invoice in order to ensure that all invoice & supporting documents are valid and in line with procedure Produce official letters (visa, letter of employment, glasses application, passport etc.) in order to meet user needed Control & monitor the utility of meeting room, office stationary, water and sundry in order to ensure the usage of them effective and efficient Administer all GA transaction process (telephone & electricity bill, toll, petrol, etc.) in order to record data accurately. Assist superior in maintain Acer office facility (equipment, furniture, building, etc) to support daily operation Arrange business trip from ticketing until accomodation to ensure the smoothness of the process
Requirements:
  • Female, maximum 33 years old, good appearance
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Administration/ Management/ Accounting with minimum GPA of 3,0
  • Experienced in HR & GA administration with deep exposure in business travel arrangement & claim processing

System Specialist (ASP.net)

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, test, and monitor business applications, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems Ensure that project deliverables meet users’ requirement and expectations Monitor the business benefit in order to realize process improvements Ensure that projects are implemented in accordance to standard methodology and follow the best practice Maintain business production system (applications, interfaces, workflow, alert, etc.) to support the availability and continuity of business operation Monitor the business production system performance to ensure user/customer satisfaction Follow up and resolve user request and issue from assignment to completion Provide business process consultancy to the business users in order to seek for better business solution Train users to work with computer systems and applications Maintain and document user profile/authorization with regard to IT business applications Perform necessary user account review with respect to employee mutation or resignation Ensure new application developed is compatible with the existing infrastructure Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards Determine computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter system, also liaise with system administrator for verification

Custom Admin (Clearance)

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all documents which relates to customs clearance in order to ensure the clearance process is handled properly and timely.
  • Assist Superior in monitoring freight cost based on forwarder invoice in order to ensure the expense of freight is within budget.
  • Prepare insurance documentation based on PIB data in order to ensure the clearance process of the goods execute smoothly.
  • Prepare insurance documentation for Lost case in order to ensure the claim process for Goods Loosing is smoothly.
  • Check and calculate invoice based on related document before submitting to finance & accounting for payment process in order to avoid over payment.
  • Perform administration of Stock Loan (Testing, Demo, Media Grading) in order to ensure the return of stock loan to warehouse is on schedule.
Requirements:
  • Female/Male, maximum of 30 years old
  • Minimum Diploma degree majoring in management or administration from reputable University

Order Processing Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and control order allocation, credit limit and shipment instruction in order to ensure the order can be fulfilled on schedule.
  • Monitor shipment plan (quantity, type, price) in order to provide the newest information and ensure the order can be released on schedule.
  • Produce and distribute report (Sales report, Order processing report, Linearity report) to related party in order to provide any information for taking immediate action needed.
  • Receive and perform order processing (fixed asset) from internal party (ISD, GA) in order to ensure the order can be fulfilled on schedule
Requirements:

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
Job Purpose :
  • Maintain and develop potential modern channel in order to achieve the agreed sales target.
Responsibility:
  • Propose new potential modern channels
  • Monitor stock and sales result in modern channel & Acer Centre
  • Visit modern channel and traditional market in order to get the partner’s feedback and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with Channel Team and Construction Team related to renovation of Acer centre, Acer store, and Acer Point (incl. MOU) in order to ensure the renovation executed properly
  • Work closely with Marcom team in providing POP and others material promotion in order to ensure the availability of that material in Acer Centre/Stores/Points
  • Coordinate & monitor ISP’s performance related to display unit/POP, festive dress up, distribution of uniforms, user campaign, collecting warranty card in order to ensure Acer Centre/Stores operated smoothly
  • Coordinate with ISP and PreSales team in order to set up product training to Acer Centre’s sales staff
  • Maintain good relationship with all partners (Acer Centres/Stores/Point, Gateway Stores and Modern Channel) in order to build loyalty toward Acer and increase Customer Satisfaction
  • Assist in surveying new potential location for new Gateway stores

Second Level Specialist - Server

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and handle all issues which related to Server technical and quality issues in order to support the technical and quality solution in a proper manner and aligned with the prevailing procedure. Handle all special case unit problem which can not be solved by engineer that related to technical, product, and quality issue so as to meet customer expectation. Escalate all of the special case unit which related to quality issues to Asia Pacific team so as to achieve the compliance level. Provide recommended solution to On Site Service regarding special unit case to be repaired in order to meet the agreed level of SLA & CSI. Develop and provide technical training modules as curriculum needed in order to level up engineer and front liner’s skills Conduct training for product and technical update to engineer and technical group in order to improve their performance so as to support the achievement of department objective Perform random testing on RMA unit before sending to local vendor in order to ensure QC process by engineer accurately Review and conduct testing on new product in order to ensure the availability of information (specification & feature ) and general trouble shooting of the new product Provide quality report (local and global) to be submitted to Superior for reviewing and decision making process Work closely with corporate sales in term of testing on unit, technical support, and unit installation in order to ensure availability of after sales service and brand awareness
Requirements:
  • S1 graduated with major Information Technology and minimum GPA 3,0
  • Experiences in handling server hardware with deep exposure in commercial project
  • Proficient in maintain and fixing broken server hardware
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Experience in conducting training will be advantages
  • Willing to work at night, as oer the requirement
