PT Bank DBS Indonesia (DBSI) was incorporated on 30 June 1989 under the name of PT Bank Mitsubishi Buana, a joint venture between The Mitsubishi Bank Ltd. and PT Bank Buana Indonesia . Later in 1997, DBS Bank Ltd. acquired the stake of Mitsubishi Bank Ltd. at PT Bank Mitsubishi Buana and became PT Bank DBS Buana. In October 2000 the Bank's name changed to PT Bank DBS Indonesia.
DBSI entered the enterprise banking and consumer banking business in 2005. The Bank started the consumer banking business by launching DBS Treasures Priority Banking which targets the mass affluent in major cities. Currently DBSI has a network of 40 branches and sub-branches across 11 cities in Indonesia . DBSI provides a full range of banking services including wealth management, corporate and consumer lending, trade finance, time deposits, current accounts, savings accounts, money market, and foreign exchange services.

Responsibilities:
- Successful candidates will join a competitive and comprehensive 12 months training program in the bank where they will be equipped with all the required skills to become a successful Relationship Manager.
- Upon training program successful candidates will be responsible in analyze the clients requirements and formulate innovative financial solutions to meet their strategic goals as well as structure their credit requirements to ensure good credit quality
Requirements:
- Posses passion to serve & grow SME Business
- Easygoing, with pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in sales would be an advantage & highly recognized
- Possess maximum 2 years working experience
- Possess Bachelor degree from reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 2.75
- Fluent in English, both verbal & written
- Not more than 27 years old by the end of the year
- A high achiever, a self starter, and result oriented
DBSI Management Associate Program (DBSI MAP)

Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable local/overseas University with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Possess maximum 2 years working experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Age max 27 years old
- A highly driven and motivated self starter with a strong commitment in achieving career and personal goals
- Good command of English (both verbal and written) and sufficient knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)
