Groupe Danone is a French food-products multinational corporation based in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. It claims world leadership in fresh dairy products,marketed under the corporate name, and also in bottled water. In 2007 it swapped its world number 2 position as producer of cereals and biscuits for the same position in baby foods, having sold the biscuits division to Kraft Foods  and acquired Numico. In the United States, the Danone brand is marketed as Dannon, a subsidiary of Groupe Danone (under the name The Dannon Company).

Channel Development Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• To assists Channel Dev Manager â€" AFH to develop quarterly plans & evaluation including budget allocation, # units by area basis.
• To assist Channel Dev Manager â€" AFH on Yearly Trade Marketing Plans & Calendar.
• To initiate and develop Merchandising unit from concept for various segments within Away From Home channel.
• To initiate & develop merchandising guidelines for relevant segment within Away From Home channel, working closely with Manager, with approval from Function Head.
• To work closely with ASM’s, Distributor Relations, KAE and Distributors for implementation of picture of success, and track also evaluate activity / projects executions.
• Information management
• To have monthly volume and #ND tracking performance for AFH â€" assign segments.
• To provide report on monthly achievements and budget spending and investment performance

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Sales, supervisor level (from internal) or Sales Support/Trade Marketing (from external), within a multinational FMCG company with strong background on B2C.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Business Development or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Add, update, and delete master data in SAP system.
• Working together with Demand Planner and Production Planner and other departments to maintain the finished goods and raw material master data.
• Well organized, meticulous, structured, disciplined, attention to detail for details.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good working knowledge of computer system (Excel, Access, and Power Point)
• Well organized, meticulous, structured, disciplined, attention to detail for details
• Good command in English verbal and written
